Panthers hold Canned Food Drive for UCAP |

In the true spirit of the recent holiday season, sixth grade students at J.A. Phillips Middle School displayed their Panther Pride by collecting 2,359 canned and non-perishable food items, which were donated to the United Christian Assistance Program. W.T. Lewis to mark 4-star status W.T. Lewis Elementary School in Bossier City has scheduled a Four-Star School Celebration to be held at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 17, in the school gymnasium. SHREVEPORT, La. – AgMagic, a new exhibit at the State Fair of Louisiana, can be likened to opening a fun encyclopedia.
Only all of the five senses are involved while learning takes place. AgMagic is an interactive, visually stimulating, educational experience for children and their families, said Karen Martin, 4-H regional coordinator for the LSU AgCenter, which is co-sponsoring the exhibit with the State Fair of Louisiana and the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry.
