Five years ago Sunday, Hurricane Katrina came ashore on the Gulf Coast and changed our lives forever. The greatest single disaster in this nation’s history, the devastation wrought by Katrina will be remembered for all time as the event that reminded us that all of our power, all of our might is inconsequential next to the awesome power of nature.
