Leona Lamoureux, of Bossier City , LA went to be with our  Lord and Saviour on January 5, 2009 .  A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2009 at Queen of Peace Catholic Church at 1:00pm, located at 7738 Barksdale Blvd. Bossier City, LA.

Mrs. Lamoureux was born September 05, 1929 in Fitchburg, MA , the daughter of John J. and Cecelia (Drinkwine) Finneron.  She and her husband raised their family in Townsend, MA before moving to Louisiana.  

She leaves her beloved husband of 53 years, Robert Lamoureux, daughters Eileen and her husband Keith Cobleigh of Westford, MA,  Lisa Fulmer of Buena Park, CA, and her sons Richard and his wife Lisa Lamoureux of Townsend, MA, Thomas and his wife Rosie Lamoureux of Bossier City, and the late James Lamoureux.  

She was very proud of her eight grandchildren: Pamela Fulmer, Jonathan Lamoureux, Megan Cobleigh, Justin Fulmer, Joshua Fulmer, Erin Lamoureux, Amy Lamoureux, and Austin Lamoureux.  

She was the sister of Claire Finneron, Eileen Finneron, Marjorie Huk, Dorothea Beauvais, Robert Finneron and Francis Finneron.  She was predeceased by brothers John, Edward and Richard Finneron.
