Funeral services for Eathon Albert Chairmont 5, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at Yellow Pine Christian Church in Sibley, La. The Rev. Tom Brown will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 4 until 8 p.m. today,  Nov. 23, at Yellow Pine Christian Church, Sibley.

Eathon was born March 1, 2004 in Minden. He passed away Saturday, November 21, 2009 in Sibley.

Eathon was a kindergarten student at Central Elementary in Dubberly.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert Chairmont and his cousin, Katey Sukey.     

Eathon is survived by his father, Eddie Chairmont of Sibley; mother, Erica Cortez; grandparents, Mike and Barbara Sparks of Sibley,  Judy Chairmont of Jacksonville, Fla., and the late Robert Chairmont; aunts and uncles, Bubba and Kelli Phillips, Troy Chairmont, Mike Chairmont, Jason and Katheryn Beard, Patrick and Brittney Morton and Adam and Megan Sparks; cousins, Shelby, Taylor and Morgan Phillips and Blaine and Ashton Sparks; his best friend, Cade Boley; and other relatives and friends.
 Donations may be made to Yellow Pine Christian Church in memory of Eathon Albert Chairmont.

And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
