Funeral services for Wayne Page will be held Saturday, Jan. 16, 2010, at 10 a.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden. Officiating will be Bro. Harold Thornbrough. Interment will follow with graveside at 12:30 p.m. at Centuries Park Cemetery in Shreveport.

Family will receive friends from 5 until 8 p.m., Friday, January 15 at Rose-Neath.

Wayne Page, 45 years old, born Nov. 24, 1964, in Shreveport went to be with the Lord Jan. 10, 2010, in Mansfield, Texas.

Wayne grew up in Minden, graduated from Minden High School, BPCC, Southern University and Louisiana Tech. He was a Financial Advisor, teacher, bus driver, jack of all trades, master of many. His hobbies included bargain hunting, singing, hunting, being Santa, and talking to everyone he came in contact with. Wayne also loved coaching football and making sure the people around him were taken care of.

Wayne is survived by his wife of 22 years, Juanita Page of Mansfield, Texas; his son, Kenneth Alan Page of Mansfiled, Texas; father, Reginald (Reggie) Wayne Page, Sr. and Johnnie of Minden; mother, Laura (Jennie) V. Page; brother, Robert Page and wife Melisa; niece, Lacee Page; twin nephews, Brody and Clayton Page; and grandmother, Geneva Dodez all of Keithville.

He was loved by many including aunts, uncles, cousins, and lots of friends and extended family and business partners.

Pallbearers will be Brandy Colvin, John Stafford, Roy Lynn Rogers, Mike Page, Donnie Page, Darrell Page, Jackie Page, Mike Snell and Dan Smith.
