Police seeks burglary suspect caught on video crashing through fence Bossier City police are asking the public’s for information about a recent burglary in which the suspect fled the scene in a stolen pickup truck and crashing through a fence in the process. The burglary occurred on the afternoon of Jan. 24 when an unknown suspect or suspects broke into a building at AAA Cooper Transportation in the 4700 block of Airline Drive and stole a company pickup truck loaded with several truck tires and rims.
A surveillance camera caught the suspect or suspects making their escape by making a getaway and driving the truck through a fence causing two tires to fall out of the truck bed. The truck was found three days later in Shreveport in the 800 block of Stoner Avenue. A witness told police he saw the truck drive up to that location with a white male subject appearing to be in his late 20’s or early 30’s behind the wheel. The man was wearing a black leather jacket, had a thin build and was about 5’7” tall. Minutes later the man was picked up by white male subject in his late 20’s driving an older late model Ford pickup truck.
