Dolores Marie Culbertson, 54, died after a brief illness, Saturday, Jan. 30, 2010. She was born and raised in Springhill, Taylor, Ark. area, lived in Utah for several years, back to Louisiana then remained in Jacksonville, Fla. until her death. For years, she taught elementary school and most recently, she was a teller at Wachovia Bank. Dolores was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Normandy Ward and was a Sunday School teacher of adults and children, a devoted Cub and Boy Scout Leader, most recently as a Unit Commissioner and spent many hours in service to others. She was predeceased by her mother and father, Eva Christine and Billy Edward Culbertson. She is survived by two brothers, Billy Michael and Edward Allen Culbertson; nephew, Bobby Allen Gentry; and many close friends. Memorial services were held Sunday, Feb. 7, 2010, at 4 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Firestone Road. Graveside service will be held Tuesday, Feb. 9, at 11 a.m. in Spring Branch Cemetery, Taylor, Ark.
