Jessica Louise Lee and Andrew Ryan Pate, both of Tyler, TX were united in marriage at six-thirty in the evening on Saturday, July 24, 2010 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Shreveport, LA. The ceremony was officiated by Monsignor J. Carson LaCaze, who married the bride’s parents thirty-one years earlier. Music was provided by organist, Madeline Elford and trumpeter, Lorenzo Williams.
A reception followed at the University Club of Shreveport. Music was provided by Muzik Unlimited. The wedding coordinator was Tanya Harville of Tanya Harville Events and the florist was Jemi Adcock of Adcock and Associates. Wedding cakes were created by Peggy Anderson of the Gingerbread House. The bride is the daughter of Jerry and Marilyn Lee of Haughton. LA. She is the granddaughter of Hoy and Shirley Lee of Many, LA and Merelee Kolonko and the late Bonny Kolonko of Bossier City, LA. The groom is the son of Charlie and Karen Pate of Kingwood, Texas. He is the grandson of the late Charles and Pauline Pate and the late Robert and Elizabeth Slater, all of Charleston, WV. Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride wore a Maggie Sottero one-piece, corset, strapless, full A-line gown with a sweetheart neckline. The gown featured regal embellished embroidery accented with Swarovski crystals. Eva Deeds served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Lauren Pate, Alex Pate, Bethany Lawler and Carrie Beth Burns. Jon Pate served as best man. Groomsmen were Jeff Lee, Tyler Perkins and Jeremy Rury. Scripture readers were Kelli Cook and Lindsay Maggio. Program attendants were Cassidy Kolonko and Brycen Massott. Jessica is a 2002 graduate of Haughton High School and a 2006 graduate of Northwestern State University. She is currently the Coordinator of Recruitment and Retention for Tyler Independent School District. Andrew is a 1995 graduate of Campbell County High School in Gillette, WY and a 1999 graduate of Illinois State University. He is employed as a quality engineer for Cardinal Health in Jacksonville, Texas. Following a honeymoon to Sandals Emerald Bay in the Bahamas, the couple will make their home in Tyler, Texas.
