Curtis Dale Lolley, 55, of Doyline has been sentenced for the sexual exploitation of two females under the age of 18 for the purpose of producing child pornography and possession of child pornography, according to U. S. Attorney Stephanie A. Finley.
Lolley was sentenced to 30 years on each count, to run consecutively, for a total of 60 years.
In addition to the sentence, Lolley will be on supervised release for the rest of his life following release from prison.
Lolley pleaded guilty in March 2010, to two counts of sexual exploitation of children.
In August of 2009, the Webster Parish Sheriff’s Department learned that Lolly had been sexually molesting two underage females. Law enforcement discovered cameras hidden behind peep holes in the bathroom walls and other rooms in the residence, along with video footage of the girls and other minor females in the bathroom of the defendant’s residence.
“Our office, and law enforcement, are committed to safeguarding the rights of all citizens of the district,” Finley said.“But we are especially committed to protecting the most vulnerable and innocent of our communities. Those who exploit and profit from their suffering will be prosecuted and punished.”
The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Shreveport Resident Agency, the Webster Parish Sheriff’s Department, the Bossier City Marshal’s Office, and the Northwest Louisiana Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
The case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Earl M. Campbell.
