HAUGHTON — Two Shreveport men were arrested Monday afternoon for disturbing the peace/fighting and simple battery. According to the Bossier Sheriff’s Office, Keith Edwin Abel, 46, of the 400 block of Boulevard, and Kirk Alan Carter, 50, of the 300 block of Oriole Lane, were taken into custody after the two engaged in a fistfight in the parking lot of Pepe’s on U.S. Highway 80 in Haughton. When Bossier Sheriff’s deputies arrived, multiple witnesses said Abel and Carter had been fighting and they admitted it.
Carter and Abel, who both suffered minor facial injuries, were transported to the Bossier Maximum Security Facility and booked. Their bonds were set at $650 each. Views: 390
